1st Class Boat, RV, & Vehicle Storage Facility in Friendswood, TX

Nice facility. Very competitive pricing for the unit I was looking for. Concrete all around. Covered roof and sides. Wash bay and dump station a good feature. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that all the interaction between us and the managers is that everything is done remotely. I’m 68 years old and I would like to take face to face with people but I guess that’s what the world is going to, everything is remote. Other than that, my wife and I are both satisfied with the facility. I hope this helps others. Thank you.

Automate garage boat and RV storage is a great place to store your items. After hours, they have double security gates, which put your mind at ease. Each storage space is Immaculately clean. And an added bonus or two or three rather our access to A trash receptacle , A boat RV or car wash area, And access to restroom facility. From start to finish my experience when arranging rental, I was met with Professional attitude that was also friendly. I feel that they take great pride in the property therefore they will keep an eye out on your belongings that you keep there. I highly recommend this facility to store your boat RV or other items that they allow. I have not been paid to write this review. I am an actual tenant of the facility and hope you check it out because you’ll see for yourself that it’s a top-notch facility.

Management is incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any tenant needs or concerns with clear and friendly communication. The security is top-notch, with plenty of surveillance cameras providing peace of mind. The facility is in a quiet area, with ample space to easily maneuver trailers. Everything is clean, superbly maintained, and designed for convenience. The lounge with restrooms and complimentary water adds a touch of luxury—it truly feels like elite service! Kaegan was amazing throughout the process—fast, friendly, and super helpful in making everything smooth. I’d absolutely recommend this storage facility to anyone!
